The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) is thrilled to announce that Associate Professor Dr. Ognjen Riđić has achieved a significant academic milestone, surpassing 1,000 Google Scholar (GS) citations. This accomplishment comes after 11 years of dedicated service at IUS and a remarkable record of more than 90 academic publications. Dr. Riđić's citation growth reflects his substantial contributions to both the academic community and his research fields.

Dr. Riđić’s research is diverse and interdisciplinary, encompassing a wide range of topics within the social and behavioral sciences. His work explores areas such as management, organizational behavior (OB), leadership, motivation, and organizational psychology, providing crucial insights into how these fields interact with human behavior and institutional processes. In addition to his work on leadership and motivation, Dr. Riđić has contributed significantly to studies in personality traits, financial management, and healthcare management, with his publications addressing key challenges and offering solutions that have real-world applicability.

The growth in citations is a testament to the increasing recognition and impact of Dr. Riđić's research. In just under three years, since January 2022, his citation count has doubled from 500 to over 1,000. This rapid rise speaks to the quality and relevance of his work within the academic community, where it has become a valuable resource for scholars and practitioners alike.

Moreover, Dr. Riđić's academic excellence is further underscored by his i10-index and h-index, both standing at 12. These metrics reflect his consistent production of influential research, with at least 12 of his works being cited 10 times or more. His presence on ResearchGate (RG), a prominent platform for researchers, is equally impressive, with a Research Interest (RI) score of 1,265.00, highlighting his work’s significance and its global reach within various research communities.
