Labor Law in Focus: IUS Hosts Lecture by Legal Expert Dr. Hamur

On Thursday, November 6, 2025, Dr. Aida Hamur, Director of the Attorney’s Office “Legal Partners”, delivered an insightful and interactive guest lecture titled “Labor Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina and How it Reflects Workforce Trends” within the course ECON455 Labor Economics at the IUS Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA).

The event, organized by Asst. Prof. Dr. Azra Bičo and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Šejma Aydin, brought together students eager to explore how legal frameworks shape the dynamics of modern employment.

Dr. Hamur shed light on the key principles of labor law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing its role in regulating workforce relations and adapting to emerging trends such as the integration of artificial intelligence into the labor market.
